@KaysHealingPath I've got to get my ID first and I do have a copy of my birth certificate. I hope they do. We just got the Honduran consulate, before I would have to drive kinda far. I'm working on it, then my passport. I need to see my abuelita 😌

Some towns are very dangerous @ScarletWitch the violence is more rampant in certain states and zones (like Michoacán and Guerrero)
The tourist places are pretty much untouched.
There have been some rare instances where the violence happens in tourist areas but they’re usually going after a specific target.
Don’t go out looking for drugs and don’t go off with taxi cabs you don’t know of
Many hotels can arrange transportation for you (pick up and drop off)

We just took a road trip to chihuahua to visit my aunt this summer and we didn’t have any issues.
