Do u forgive & forget or think if the hurt & pain is so deep that u can't forgive? Or depends on the situation?

Do u think forgiveness is needed to move on?

I have forgiven some but not others... the hurt has been that deep & a hard betrayal I can't forgive... that said I have meant what is & isn't important so have improved myself not to hurt with certain situations

I will forgive but it's hard to forget. If someone wrongs me I will forgive give the but they have to build up the trust for me to forget about what happened.
