Do people remember my daily crush posts? Well today I ... just felt like meeting him... asked my mum if I could meet him. Mum said she knows he is slightly more than a friend and that he is a nice guy... but what does the future hold? Be mindful of the consequences... mom said she appreciated my openness and that I was not doing anything in secret though that's a possibility too. and that I had to ask dad too because he needs to be in the loop too... dad said yes pretty easily though I don't know what he is thinking.
So yeah, this was NOT a date. Just two ex colleagues catching up. We met for lunch. It was sweet. He spoke about work. And his mother. And his brother's upcoming wedding. And his new flat...
Just... sweet...
He said he hoped our next meeting would be sooner and that I should tell him if I were going to church in the evening because then he would join me.
Not a date, but yeah, a struggle for it to happen.
But I am happy. So happy.
