One day I took my dog out to the park. He’s a Great Dane lab mix so he’s decently sized. I thought having him between my knees would be enough to keep him from blitzing away. Once the geese took off from the lake he cut so fast I slide a good 10 feet.

Thankfully I was pants and dress shirt on dirt so all I suffered were some dirt stains. But damn on your chest? I can only imagine.

I’ve got a nice old scar on my knee from ghosting a bike as a kid. Who knew metal petals could shred skin that well.
