Does sw makes you feel better or worse?

It can do both. Depends on the day.

Mostly better but it can get to me if I feel a bit fragile. Depends on my state of mind really.

I mostly love the place, but I'm about to cut and for awhile (but i'll be back, I always come back).

Usually better. But lately it's been worse but starting to get better.
