Having roasted Jackalope today soaked in Bourbon. It was a bit of a struggle getting him into the oven he was drunk as hell and fought hard every inch of the way, cursing and swearing, it was a joint effort but we finally got him in there. I'll check in a few hours to see if he needs a good basting with more Bourbon. Enjoy 😁
