The easiest habit to give up is one you never start. I cannot understand why anyone starts, but I know how addiction can trap you.

It was a stupid teenager thing for me but I gave it up when I found out I was pregnant with my first and never sent back! Thank heavens!

@Cinnia You made a very wise decision. Most of my friends tried it and tried to persuade me to join in, but I was stubborn...sometimes that can be an advantage. 😁
