@twiigss I am talking about fresh Spinach. I only add a little olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon and sauté long enough to sear the leaves.

@Northwest Yeah, I've talked to a couple people I work with and they said they've only ever had fresh spinach. I'm sure it's a better taste than canned spinach. But spinach is delish!

@twiigss I've had Spinach Soufflé. When I was in high school, I worked at this restaurant that served only Prime Rib, and the side dishes were creamed corn, and Spinach Soufflé. I don 't eat meat, so I ended up with only Spinach Soufflé and creamed corn. Decades later, I still can't stand looking at it.

I am trying to be creative with a can of Spam that was given to me. I was supposed to make Bison loaf, but I dithered around too long.

I fried the spam after first slicing it, browned it on both sides, removed it from the pan and then dumped out the oil.

I added a can of pineapple juice to the pan, and about a cup of frozen cut green beans and some dark soy sauce and a little bit of garlic powder.

I microwaved some pre-cooked brown rice, and I will add that to the pan in a few minutes.

Should be good. I hope. 🤣

@Trippy I was reading a cool detective mystery by an Irish authoress several months ago, and she mentioned that fish sticks were a staple in her freezer. She would take them out and cook them, and then just put them on buns with tartar sauce.

@Littlewing77 I keep a bag in my freezer. Sometimes warmed up with butter, garlic, sea salt, etc. and tossed into pasta/ Or thawed with shrimp cocktail sauce: Shrimp Cocktail, a meal within itself.

Spaghetti with organic beef, meat sauce (sorry vegetarians, I have tried the beyond meat meatballs and "ground" meat and it wasn't too good). I would add some fresh mushrooms, out. I have colored bell peppers, onions that I might add to it. I rarely eat meat and pasta, I've been in a mood for it so I got some good organic beef at the grocery. Bon Appetit!!!!

@MsAlaineEYes About a year ago I tried the impossible burger from BK. I thought it meant the burger was so large it was almost impossible to eat it. Didn't realize it meant that it wasn't an actual meat burger. I was very disappointed with the taste of it.

@Yulianna Definitely :) My best subject was english actually. I kind of remind myself of the scene from Good Morning Vietnam, where Robin Williams character is giving english lessons to the locals. Albeit at first he was just doing it to meet the girl, but then he actually taught them english. I just always think of myself helping others with english. But I've always been a helper :)

@saragoodtimes I haven't at the main one I go to only one have I had a bad experience at we have 4 to choose from. Tonight was my favorite the manager joined us for a few minutes. The waitress was a little off maybe a bad night she asked if everything was ok after Chad left and I said yes why do you ask will that was the manager. I said yes chad is a friend.
