I Hate Terrorism

[c=#BF0080] Seriously?! πŸ™€ Another one?! πŸ™ŠπŸ™‰πŸ™ˆπŸ˜ΏπŸ˜«πŸ˜–πŸ˜‘πŸ˜” Not again!!! I am sooo incredibly tired of hearing about terrorist attacks! I cannot understand for the life of me why people do this! It is just pure evil and so pointless and senseless! Who would want to kill and hurt a bunch of random innocent people you don't even know?! I want this to end so vehemently. I don't even have words to adequately describe how much I abhor it! It's just got to stop! Every time I hear of another one I die a little more inside, it chips away at my heart. It's just sooo insidious and barbaric and diabolical.
I run my hands over a map and ask where does it hurt?
It replies: "Everywhere, everywhere, everywhere!"
My thoughts and prayers are with all affected by these horrors in London as always! May God bring peace, love, healing, comfort, strength and everything needed. God help us! Let peace and love and unity and light win over all this hate, war and darkness. Let good triumph over this immense evil! [/c]

UK will never give in to terrorism n will defeat it just as it did in WW2 against Hitler ☺
I agree entirely and just out of interest did you feel just the same about the hundreds of thousands of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan killed by American and British bombs and weapons during the invasions of those two countries?

@Opaque: [c=#BF0080] Of course! I was just a little girl back then, but my empathy for and rage at injustice does not discriminate and is no respecter of race, color, religion, etc. It doesn't matter who you are or what you look like or where you come from - the shedding of innocent blood screams from the ground for justice. Injustice and sin and wrong and evil is just that - injustice and wrong, regardless. My heart aches for all victims equally.
I love my country, and I'm proud to be an American, but that doesn't mean that I agree with everything we do or that happens, and that I think we can do no wrong. Quite the contrary. Absolutely America and Britain can still do wrong, and have done wrong, just like every country. We as humans are not perfect and therefore all make mistakes. Evil or wrong is evil and wrong, no matter who commits it or who it's against. But I also believe two wrongs don't make a right. Hate only creates more hate. Only love and good can conquer hate and evil. I honestly abhor war and wish we could all just live in peace and harmony, but unfortunately it's not a perfect world. So to answer your question: Yessir, Of course I absolutely agonize and sympathize for the innocent victims of the war in Afghanistan and Iraq equally as much and their loved ones. [/c]
@PrettyPoison: wow , you said that more eloquently and heartfelt than I ever could. Thank you for expressing that so meaningfully.

It's becoming a fact of life and a way of life lately, and that's just sad. :/
