I Smoke Cigarettes

I quit once for 3 yrs. Wasnt a day I didnt want one. So finally I gave in and even though it is bad for me...I like to smoke plain and simple

I stopped on Monday. Wait. Yesterday.... not EASY! ITS ALL I THINK ABOUT 😱😨

My hub tried to quit a lot too before he finally gave it it

I smoke two a day now but Im trying to stuff when I smoke a lot I feel like shit, I no longer the relax feeling.

you gotta want to quit...I mean really want it..and cold turkey...none of those patches crap

Its OK, I don't smoke, but I know its tough!
