@SirBenedictTheSecond I discovered extra doses of Vitamin C help with healing, also Sudocrem which is based on Zinc. But I can't figure out what could prevent acne to form in the first place.

@CrazyMusicLover I think it may be genetic for some. I used to get a little on my forehead but after I started using the cream I haven’t gotten any. When I was like 13-16 it was its apex

I did back in middle school. I had so many zits up there and I couldn't stop popping them but my hands were so oily from the products in my hair so it caused the acne to worsen. My forehead literally looked like one of those chocolate Crunch candy bars with the Rice Krispies in it.
