It's not possible yet, at least so far. Due to the fact that the site is kind of downloading all of the old EP experiences (from what I've heard, they're kind of making this place like a better EP, and adding all of the biggest and important groups back), it's the reason why you're seeing all sorts of groups, and as a result, all the people who used to hang around on those groups are going back right to where they are.

Nothing you can do except wait for a block button, or better privacy setting. Though, already the ability to have a "maturity" level, even if it's not working, looks like a good start.

I think you can. Go to groups and use the search box. I think if you search a group that doesn't exist it will take you to it and let you join, thus creating that group. Since the groups don't show up in our profiles yet I'm not sure if it really works or not.

I don't know but Someone is creating a bunch stupid groups already. I don't see a create a group button anywhere im on a phone that might be why.
