I Am Against Animal Cruelty

I saw a sign on a post yesterday about animal cruelty and it said 'are you wearing a dead dog?'
I am veggie and don't wear fur but have never heard that one before.
Usually we say 'your fur would be better on the animal?'

Has anybody else read this. There was a website but I didn't write it down.

Eh, from the sounds of it, the creature doesn't have much need of it's fur when it's dead.

That said, it's life should be ended as quickly and painlessly as possible.

@worldhat The problem with fur companies is that the animal is often not dead when they take the fur. Some companies just rip the fur right off the animal. There's tons of videos exposing companies like that.

I haven't read it but it sure is clever. I did come across a meme of a fox that said "are you that ugly that you have to wear my skin?" Or something like that but I cracked up because it's true.

I think the message is inferring that you wouldn't wear a dead dog so why is it okay to wear leather or fur.

@PhaedraIsMyName because the leather and fur smell a lot nicer than a dead dog. Plus it is unhealthy to touch dead creatures, they spread disease.
