I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

Add here your story. Mine was that I couldnt move, I could move my eyes, but the image was frozen, drooling out of my mouth dripping on my pillow and the black wolve was staring at me....
When I focussed on my breath I slowly could come back. I found out that my pillow was completly dry.

@SW-User Now I know more and I start playing not to wake up and to see what happens if I let go...But the first time I thought it was a choice between life or death. So indeed it was scary.

Snakes crawling from the roof to my bed, I am paralyzed pressing teeth together while that happens for a while.

This occurs in the middle of my sleep. Like once every few weeks.
