My arms have always been my weakness.. i always kinda looked straight on my shoulders and hands and usually shy away from wearing anything sleeveless cause of it - so to see some muscle developing is a huge relief and encouragement to me plus developing the core strength daily.. my face is all sweaty and tired from the workout so don’t judge 😅
