I Fight Depression and Loneliness Everyday

Again today. Alone. The fight is too hard. Life is too harsh. Everyday a blur, of yesterday, today, tomorrow. No difference, always the same. After returning, everything is dark, no light, no love, no future, only pain, only memories. It is said life goes on, but why must it? Why must we endure such pain, such hopelessness. Where is the release? Where is love? Where is peace? Where is hope?

How about meds, I've only just started seeking help after years of burying my head in the sand. i do find that the medication helps a lot.

Get hobbies or do some activities.

@SW-User Easier said than done, even getting out of bed each morning can be a major challenge. people don't realise how debilitating this illness can be.

@mrinvisible But one needs courage and needs to realise that this is not the end of the world. I know it must be very hard for many people, but somehow one needs to keep the hopes and needs to live. God bless everybody. :)

I feel for you and know how hard it can be. Do you have pets and if not do you live in a place where you can have them? I ask as there have been many a day that the only reason I got up at all was because my dog needed me.
