I Fight Depression and Loneliness Everyday

This is not something that I had admitted before in my life to anyone or even myself but honestly I'm pretty sure I am lying to myself! I live to work and pay bills ATM. I never go out, I have no friends or a partner and I am socially awkward hence the reason I don't have anyone close to me to experience life with. I don't know how to break out of this cycle :/

Join the club. And maybe join a club. I'm socially awkward, and I'm joining a writers club. I'm thinking of joining a Triathlon Club.

It breaks up the monotony. I mean, it's hard for me, and it takes effort, and it doesn't solve my problems, but it breaks up the cycle, and maybe it will solve some things.

Go do things in public places i'e. go to coffee shops, read in public spaces like book stores or in the park, go to parks to take walks. Assuming there aren't any other issues I'm unaware of connections will naturally form over time.

Same except i don't work.. tired myself.. need a change.. need a chance.

The cycle can only be broken if you had a friend or a partner. Getting involved in their lives will sure to change the patterns.

I know the feeling all too well. It helps to take a moment to appreciate the little interactions, like at the register in the supermarket and online.
