I think my anxiety and depression played a little art in my bf leaving me.

@melissa001 I know my ex wifes issues played a massive part in the breakdown of my marriage. I haven't handled things brilliantly since and my mental health is vulnerable at the moment. Life can be so difficult at times

I'm sorry to hear this. It's a horrible place to be in. I know exactly how you feel. I do feel like my head will explode soon.

Hope you are as well as can be going through something like this.

Anxiety can really be a pain sometimes. It's never fun to go through it. Hang in there.

You should find what's causing your anxiety and remove it from your life.

@SW-User it's not always that easy though. Same cases it's easier an others. A cause of my issues are the difficulties my son is having in school and in live I won't or can't remove that from my life.

@SW-User anxiety is not easy to cure. My anxiety developed when I was young. I was deprived of my father's love, joy of childhood and a happy family. Looking upon my life now, I am doing fine, a good job, roof above my head, enough money and a loving partner. Sometimes when you're in your vulnerable moments, the ghosts of your past might crept on you. During those times, you can't control yourself. I am trying to pull myself together, the number of outbreaks occurance is decreasing too.
