Prescriptions are drugs... I didn't either until after pain clinics and doctor after doctor....I actually take lyrica as a profolactic... It helps a lot... Weed is used for breakthrough ,,, I can't function or the aura is too intense.....otherwise I'd have one every day as I have for the last ten years....

here the help you asked for migraine ...the(cupping) treatment is the one of the best you can get .they call it (hijama) in Arabic . search for a doctors or some one specialize in cupping treatment in your city , good luck to you
