I Get Migraine Headaches
Another migraine trying to take me down. Please dont let it get out of control. I have plans with my Twisted Sister tomorrow and it sure would be nice to do without this headache...ugh

try rubbing some Vicks vapor rub on your toes in between and on your temples

I know!!!! my Momma told me she finally got past a terrible pain bout that just wouldn't newt go by putting icy hot or Vic's all overt her feet then docking them!

What is the cause of these headaches? Has anyone identified it? Are they cluster headaches or regular migraines? Does caffeine help?

The last neurologist said chronic migraines and some people just have them. They have ran all kinds of tests, everyone came back normal. I can only medicate the ones I can and ride out the others.
