I Get Migraine Headaches

Hi I get migraines as well I went to see a neurologist and he took MRI and said it came out fine. He told me B-2 vitamin 100 mcg 4 once a day or 250 mcg or 2 once a day helps with migraines I taking them for over a year and I see a difference in the migraines I still get them not as much. Give them a chance to get in your system to work. Thought I pass this along to you or anyone else. Hope you feel better

Is there any good treatment out there for migraines? I don't get them, but I know a lot of people that do get them. I concur, they suck!

I hear ya. Mine have come back with a vengeance! All week long. Terrible. Nothing like seeing orbs all day.
