[i] The sun will set and darkness rise to bring about this scene's demise for all great things must come to end this peaceful sight and sorrowful blend
It was in the distance, at the shore A girl was dancing, prancing forth Without a care, she'd twist and turn This moment in time, I've always yearned
Regardless of her sweet appearance My insides would now cause a stir As butterflies would fill my stomach My heart would dance along with her
I've fallen for these orange hues This gorgeous view is now imbued inside my mind, for which I sought My previous concerns were all for naught
I wish to feel like this forever But her sweat drips and time won't stop She'll soon return from whence she came And this moment will be forgot.
And as the lunar crescent rose she faded from the darkened light I shouted for her to return Alas, she would not hear my cries
The world will end, but I will stay Even if my death be at this bay I cannot leave for I, perchance, may live to see just one more dance. [/i]
