What is your proposal for making sure no one wants when no one dies? The planet's resources are already stretched thin.
I'm behind you on stupidity and greed. Also destruction (wanton destruction anyway) destruction can be good if it is clearing the way for an improvement. And physical decay is part of the natural cycle. Maybe you mean social decay?

Revisiting this I can't see where I read your post improperly. Even wishes have to operate within reality. There would be unintended consequences that I don't think would be covered by your well meaning desires.

I think you'd be pretty disgusted with yourself the moment you ran across something you actually wanted destroyed, decayed, or dead, which would almost certainly happen within the first couple hours of making the wish.

Seems like a loophole to use the "and". Looks to me like that's really six wishes instead of three.
