I Don't Understand Social Media

In the late nineties I had a post surgical appointment. I was having the funniest conversation with this other patient and other people started laughing..in the end I think the Doctor thought a party had invaded his waiting room. Thats what I miss

@SW-User I've said this before,Scott Adams,Dilberts creator said his fans give him all his ideas for the comic.But it is kind of sad
