I Am Married to Someone With Ptsd

my husband has ptsd from the marine corp he was doing so good then his childs mother started to be a ass and put him under alot of stress and now after almost a year of no nightmares or out breaks his nightmares are back and he can't handle crowds or being around blood really. I think I stay up all night to make sure he's okay I've seen him running in his sleep or hear him scream no or don't he's constantly moving and talking of course he don't want to go the doctors again because then he has to admit he don't have it under control so i stay up till right before he wakes up to make sure he doesn't do anything in his sleep and try to calm him so he get's restful sleep I know it don't really work like that but one can hope I guess I just want my husband back to where he was
