I Am a Girl Gamer

It started with a Sega Genesis and kind of just took off from there. I was a pretty reclusive kid, so I was usually inside the house, even on the weekends. One day, my parents decided to just get me my very first console: a -you guessed it- Sega Genesis. I remember the very first cartridges I had for it were Jurassic Park and The Lion King. I would spend hours upon hours trying to navigate Dr. Grant through those boat water levels (I sucked at those) or trying to figure out how you're supposed to beat Scar (I did eventually).

Now, I'm a less (though not by much) reclusive adult with a PS4 and several handheld systems. I somehow went from Jurassic Park to Dark Souls. Starting a new run with III and attempting to try a Faith/Dex build, so I'm kept busy indoors I suppose.

Buuuut, the game I'm currently waiting on is the Final Fantasy VII remake....only about two more weeks. Not a problem, been waiting since 2015 after all. The Final Fantasy games were THE staple of my childhood the moment I was introduced to the series, so this is definitely exciting for me.
