seeking validation

i hate how much i seek validation from other people in other to feel secure. i’m an independent woman and yet i still constantly doubt myself even when i think i’m right. i hate that part of me :((

So stop doing it. It’s easier to not seek validation than it is to seek it. Seeking validation takes effort. Simply stop and feel your load lighten x
