What does art mean to you?

Art is expressed in many forms .
I can draw ,but my works sucks when I add color to it .
I compose songs ,sing ,play many instruments
but you can see in my wood work and attention to detail when I build a home
I am an artist at my trades ,I take pride in what I do .
My Mom was an artist and she could paint ,but when she took just sticks
and beads and stones and made floral pieces ,you knew she was an artist .
Pieces she made from just drift wood and river rocks sold for thousands of dollars each piece .
She made a good living from it ,but I think when she really shined
Is when she made elderly people love her ,like she was their Daughter .
but all she cared about was money ,how much they paid her .
The more money they were willing to pay her ,the better actress they got .
She hated kids ,but most people would never know it .
In the presence of others ,she was the worlds greatest Mom .
my brothers and I knew better ,and so did her Mom .
