What is your favorite painting?

Not really sure what I love about it

The Night of Enitharmon’s Joy by William Blake (1795) I love & honour Hecate so this has always had a place in my heart. I first saw it in a library book with my Nanna when I was 6 & I’ve loved it since. It’s the look on Her face, it just draws me in & feels like home🦉

Christina's World, by Andrew Wyeth. I was 15 and it was the first painting I understood as a painting and not just a picture of something.

When we moved into our current house - we hired a guy to pencil draw a portrait of it and add our 3 dogs (that died over the years sadly) on the front porch. So I have this wonderful picture of what heaven will look like...my house and my 3 loves waiting for me! I'd take it over anything in a museum. :)
