Ramps, ropes, rollers, levers and fulcra. And a lot of very patient, very determined labourers.
Archaeologists have carried out various experiment on possible ancient building techniques to find the most efficient hence likely ways with the tools available at the time.
These puzzles are not so ancient either. This one is of a structure built as recently as the 18C AD:
It is the world's first iron bridge, at the village that developed by it and took its name - Ironbridge - in the English Midlands. It is 30metres long, pre-fabricated from cast-iron sections, and spans a narrow gorge carrying the fast-flowing River Severn. Opened in 1781, it still functions as intended, but open to pedestrians and cyclists only.
Industrial archaeologists were similarly puzzled how that was made until someone chanced to spot a contemporary painting in a Swedish art gallery. Together with an obscure reference to "scaffolding" in the surviving financial accounts from the time, it gave enough of a clue to mount a successful experiment producing the most likely method used. It took only a couple of days to set up and erect the trial arches manually, and surprisingly, a repeat using a modern mobile crane took about as long.

The Aliens 👽 but seriously though a single pyramid would take around 20 years to build so it is kind of possible.

They took their time, used several people and an ancient system of fulcrums—ropes and ramps.
