Ugh, I just let myself get railroaded into "volunteering" to figure out why my neighbor's surveillance cameras aren't connecting correctly. You mention that you work with computers and suddenly everybody wants help.

Charge em man. Only my gf gets free work done, and then I normally get a little reward...lol. Even if it's only a few beers don't do shit for free. You are hurting your value when you do that:)

@Area51 Well, he runs a taco/burrito shop, where the cameras are, and they're pretty bomb. I might get a discount!
