I've deleted the trace and track app from my phone...

Smart move. I never installed it and at the height of the panic I would leave my phone at home when I went out. No need for anyone to trace my movements. I know what I am doing and how to keep safe.

That doesn’t stop you being tracked, it just doesn’t give you messages anymore 😊
