I Sleep When I Get Sleepy

So
Somebody tried to sell me a Sega Master system 2. With built in Alex the kid. But they avoided answering if it still works.
I really want it but I’m not going to get it.
I wish I understood cable jargon. Googled how to connect master system to my tv and all these things came up about cables and stuff.
*sighs*
Solution....
Will purchase master system and sleep with it next to me on night stand.
