I Don't Feel Well

I really don’t I don’t know what is going on with me can barely leave house having problems with my monthlys and keep leaking through my clothes and in general feeling weak and tired and not feeling myself let’s hope does not last to much longer what do you know it’s been 15 days and pretty much same
