I Think Bullies Should Be Punished By Law

@MarmeeMarch I am glad you were able to defend yourself. I am suing him in court and after its all over he is dead to me. I don't fear him in the slightest bit. He is not of sound mind, he has a history of mistreating his baby's mother and drinking/abusing drugs around his 6 year old son, plays music super loud at all hours of the night while drunk creating all kinds of abusive environments for his girl and his son to deal with. He is on bond cant drink right now but up to the night of he had been on a steady diet of nothing but alcohol and adder al pills for years and years. If anything he should fear me, I have the Police, the people, and the streets supporting me. He should want nothing to do with me and he should have took my offer to not press charges if he payed me cash for the injury he caused. He will not only be on probation for 2 years and face possible jail time as well along with having to pay back medical bills, my lost wages (5 weeks back pay), potentially restitution for pain and suffering/PT, and have to face the Insurance company as well because its a criminal case and the injury he caused me was severe. the insurance company is going after him for 35k alone. He just cant get over his bad attitude and the fact he cant drink anymore. He could have faced me in the street and apologized for what he did in front of a witness. He would have only had to pay me 4k to cover the deductibles I have incurred up to this point. he's a complete idiot and gets no respect.
