I Have Low Self Esteem

Mostly in body image. In health terms, doctor says I'm actually above average, but I just can't see it. In the back of my mind, the thought of my imperfect areas overwhelm me and make me obesses at trying to perfect that area through exercise. I almost go to the gym everyday, but it never seems enough to top myself from the day before. The days blend together when it gets really bad. Body dysmorphia can be quite a handful at times for me. These days, I have a better handle on it, but the old thoughts still linger and I acknowledge the presence....just tryingbmy best to move forward.
