Should all males from ages 13 to 19 be castrated and then uncastrated once they turn 20?

I think all human children should be reversibly sterilized, then having children would only be allowed via an application process. To prevent overpopulation and to prevent people who shouldn't be having kids from having kids. Approval process would include evaluating ability to provide basic needs like food and shelter, ability to provide a healthy learnijg environment, responsible and sane enough to raise children, etc.

But no, castration is not a good choice at all. Men need the testosterone in their nutsack to become men. You'll just have a bunch of femmy dudes who hate everyone and everything for what was collectively done to them unwillingly.
