I am a night owl and have chronic insomnia and when I did work and was promoted from nights to days I never got used to it and couldn't wait to go back to nights.

Nights are my favorite too, but no insomnia problem here.

I can switch pretty easy. Even on third shift I did well. My favorite shift is second shift because I am not a morning person
