What do I do with this relationship?

Me and this guy have been on and off for a couple of years and right now we are off. I love him but it just seems like I am the only one who wants it to work now... I feel like he is done with me and just talks to me because he doesn't want to hurt me... Do I continue with this or just try to ignore my feelings
