I Enjoy Working Out

54 years old. Running morning and night (within reason) and lifting weights. Lost 35 lbs. Feel better at this age than I have my whole life. 10 more lbs and I stay put at that weight. It truly is a mindset.

Yea that’s what I would like to do is lose some weight maybe get back down to about 150 except be more toned and a little ripped
