Can brothers and sisters sleep together ?

My sister is really upset her and favorite singer won't be touring here for a while she really wants to see him she was really upset last night she couldn't sleep she asked if she can sleep with me. She's so in love with him she calls him her boyfriend even though he's almost 60 also he's married. He's from another country right now he's only touring in places around Korea or Finland where's he's from or UK we can't afford to go there. Is it ok for her to sleep with me ? If not how can I make her feel better ?
