What do you say to a girl whose sad ?

My sister is obsessed with this boy band Hanoi Rocks I never heard of them they're a rock band from Finland she's madly in love with the bass player she has an obsession with him also a huge crush on him she's mad at him because he's almost 60 he's married to a girl who's not much older than her she doesn't think she's special enough or pretty enough. She does have a boyfriend but she rather have him. It makes her sad thinking about him because the band doesn't tour anymore after their drummer died it makes her think she's never gonna get to see him. All she wants to do is give him a hug he and the lead singer still tours but only around Finland and the UK we can't afford to go there. She has them on Instagram but she's scared to talk to him she's afraid she'll say something stupid or something to hurt him. Also thinking of him and his wife makes her sad especially seeing a picture of them. She wishes she can be as pretty as her. He just had a new song out also a new album is coming out he talked about doing a tour hopefully he comes here for her that is. How can I comfort her when she's sad ?
