He’s made it so clear.....

He’s made it 100% clear that no matter what government says about Christmas visiting we won’t be going anywhere......
I’m already stressed out with staying in if we have to do much more of this I may lose it and my oldest kid doing bad now.
The few days we may get might be the only day we get for months. Yet it’s okay for him to go to his brothers shop and see him, like what the hell

Sounds like he is just being overly cautious and wants you to be safe. It does seem like a double standard if he is seeing his brother. Try explaining how important it is and maybe he will listen. Best if luck.
