Is this wrong ?

My sister got married when she was only 13 she's 28 now she's been married for 14 years her husband is now 44. I have no idea where she met him at or how but she had kind of an obsession with him. They have a son together hes almost 11. Hes got 2 sons from a previous marriage and a relationship they're older and younger than her. Does that sound wrong ?
