I Like to Go to the Gym

I like being in gym. Going there, is always challenge.
But last few months it become routine. I go there 3times a week.
I have a nice body, eat healthy and feel good but that is not my motivation.
I want to become really strong to do all kinda tricks and pull ups and learn some acrobatic stuff. I tried pole dancing, but is hard!!
So I told myself I gotta go to gym more often and really eat only what I need.
Because I only get one life and want to explore all the possibilities.
I suggest hiking and smaller kettle weights on walks. I managed to get my upper body strength up with kettle weights to help even out my leg strength after tons of other ways I've tried.

@EllaDisenchanted: thank you for the tip, I walk whole day at work(sometimes run - I am a nurse), I do some lifting and squats and get strong legs
But my back and my arms need lot improvement.
