I Like to Go to the Gym

Lunks are not hunks keep ya grunts to yourself, it doesn't increase the potency of your nuts,
No one cares, we're just trying to
Get in workout and get out,
U oughta do the same,
Try some chin ups,
So you can be humbled.
Calisthenics have u stumbling,
It's the area you don't frequent,
Because you believe that lies in solely weights,
You're greatly mistaken.
The whole point is to sting like a bee and be light on your feet.
All that stomping and dumbell dropping
Is laced with vanity, and the obsession with attention.
And your fixation with the asthetic instead of the athletic
Endurance through core power and cardio.

I'm guessing you don't work out at the No Lunks place...

Also one can work on core power through weights... though you're probably right, that they weren't.

@Viper i see where you're coming from. But the lunks I'm referring to are the ones who think they're doing alot by being loud and working with weights with bad form. That's how i know that they're core isn't strong enough. They'll lift alot but cannot stabilize themselves.
Grunting is unnecessary when your body is circulating oxygen efficiently. They're overexerting themselves to look like a bad ass lol

@AkAtSUki Yeah stabilizing and holding can be much tougher and needs to be worked on, instead of just throwing the weight around.
