I Like to Go to the Gym

I did for years, and don't know why I stopped going!
Well, I signed up again about a month ago and feel so much better! I guess the main reason I stopped was because I was on the road several days a week and found it hard to go on a regular basis. Building my back muscles and core have really helped relieve the sciatic and back pain. Not to mention time spent with my son, the endorphin release, the energy,confidence, libido booster, and the overall feeling of self. I feel 30 again....lookout!
