Couple of notes. They are based off authentic recipes I grew up on but since I can't get my hands on a few ingredients where I live unless I want to drive an hour away I substituted some stuff. I also don't own an grill hence the skillet. Eh I tried. I don't cook much

@SW-User Make sure you get your hands on kewpie brand mayo. Japanese mayo has a different taste, sweeter. I used hellman's because that's what I have. It still works but kewpie is superior
