Poor woman I wonder what brought her to this point.
It's easy to assume it was due to being lazy, but it could be due to illness (including chronic clinical depression.) what ever it is I hope she finds help and realizes she needs help sooner than later.

I know some people have physical issue's and illness's that they just can't do anything about. Maybe that is the case with this poor lady. We'll give her the benefit of the doubt!
