Do u know some good books about improving self-esteem?

I need some good books, something able to change a life. Doesn't matter a book, a program. Open to U're suggestions. 😉
I'd suggest reading history, philosophy, poetry, everything you can, and pursuing any hobbies or activities that interest you... Basically as much as you can do that has nothing to do with the self-help section of the bookstore, because that will immerse you in new things & new ways of thinking & that way you'll become a well-rounded individual rather than just blanketed in an air of false satisfaction.

You know what's best for you. Everything you want is within you.

I am designing a course on Udemy which should be up and running soon. Meanwhile you can pm me to converse on the subject.. if you are someone who like the q&a format ... self-esteem is nothing but understanding one's self first.. and then understand others.

Check out Norman Vincent Peale.
He wrote a raft of self-help books back in 80's/90's

There are no short cuts or easy answers. Forget all this new virtue signaling narcissistic bullshit. You have to be honest. Find the real truth. We are greedy physical biological animals that also can be amazingly kind. The world goes up and down. Live each day with courage and expect nothing but the gift of being alive. Everything else is a bonus. Nothing matters more than life itself.
